Forward key requests from Gmail
About five minutes. Gmail's automatic forwarding keeps the original sender, so KeyTriage sees the real From address.

Sign in to see your own address.
1. Register the forwarding address
- In Gmail, open Settings → See all settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
- Click Add a forwarding address, paste your KeyTriage address, confirm.
- Gmail sends a confirmation code to that address. KeyTriage receives it and shows it in your requests list (it appears as a request from Gmail). Paste the code back into Gmail.
- Leave “Disable forwarding” selected: we only want the filter below to forward, not everything.
2. Create the filter
- Open Settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses → Create a new filter.
- In Has the words, paste:
(key OR keys OR code OR codes OR curator OR "review copy" OR "press copy") - Optional: add Doesn't have words that match your own newsletters or tools, to keep noise out.
- Click Create filter, tick Forward it to and choose your KeyTriage address. Tick Never send it to Spam if you want scam-looking requests checked too.
- Save. From now on, matching emails are checked within seconds and appear in your list with a verdict.
Good to know
- Filters do not apply to emails already in your inbox. For older requests, open the email, use Forward and send it to your KeyTriage address: the forward wrapper is recognised.
- Each request is analyzed once; forwarding the same email twice shows the existing entry.
- Your Free plan covers 20 analyses a month. Above that, emails are kept and analyzed after an upgrade.
