Terms of Service

Last updated 30 October 2026. KeyTriage is operated by Apilow Tech (Belgium), “we”. Contact: contact@apilow.com.

1. The service

KeyTriage analyzes emails you forward or paste that ask for game keys, and gives an indicative trust score with the signals behind it. It is a decision aid. You remain responsible for every key you send or refuse. We do not guarantee that a sender classified as legitimate is legitimate, nor the reverse.

2. Your account

One account per person or studio, accessed by a sign-in link sent to your email. Keep that mailbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; your requests, games and reports are erased.

3. Acceptable use

Use KeyTriage only for emails sent to you or to your studio. Do not use it to profile people for any other purpose, to harass senders, or to scrape or republish the shared database. Do not attempt to enumerate senders through the public lookup. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the platforms we query (YouTube, Twitch, Steam).

4. Shared sender database

When enabled in your settings, facts about the senders of your requests (address, domain, template fingerprint, your reports and decisions) are pooled with those of other developers to improve everyone's verdicts. The pool is never published as a list; the public lookup answers only about one address or domain at a time, with the address masked. Your reports must reflect your honest experience with the sender.

5. Plans and payment

The Free plan includes 20 analyses per calendar month. Paid plans are billed through Stripe in US dollars; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the billing portal and stay active until the end of the paid period. The Launch Pass is a one-time purchase valid 60 days from payment. The early-bird lifetime offer grants the Pro plan for as long as KeyTriage operates. Refunds within 14 days of a first purchase on request to contact@apilow.com, unless the plan was already used substantially.

6. Availability and changes

KeyTriage is in early access. We may change features, limits and prices with notice by email for paid plans. Third-party data (YouTube, Twitch, Steam, domain registries) may be unavailable; verdicts then say so. We may discontinue the service with 60 days' notice; paid periods beyond that date are refunded pro rata.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for keys you chose to send, coverage you did not obtain, or decisions of third-party platforms.

8. Law

Belgian law applies. Consumers keep the protections of their own country's mandatory law. Disputes go to the courts of Belgium unless mandatory rules say otherwise.
